Prosecutors call for the BAC officer to stand trial

Évry prosecutors have called for the BAC officer who fired the LBD shot that cost Adnane Nassih an eye on 22 February 2020 in Brunoy to stand trial before a criminal court (cour criminelle).

On Friday 22 December, Libération revealed that Évry prosecutors had called for Yann T., the officer of the BAC, the plainclothes anti-crime unit, who fired the LBD shot that cost Adnane Nassih an eye, to stand trial before a criminal court.
On 4 May 2021, in partnership with Libération, Index published a video counter-investigation into how he lost his eye. This investigation was added to the case file.
